SHIPPING INFORMATION

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed in 2-5 business days excluding holidays. However due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take up to 10 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.

Pre-orders ship in 30 days. Please see more detailed shipping window in the product description.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.

STANDARD (5-10 business days) - $9.99

EXPRESS (2-5 business days) - $35 USD

Eligible returns will be accepted at the customer’s shipping expense. Upon arrival to the destination country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays.

If you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be deemed abandoned by the customs. Customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

UNRULY accepts returns for store credit only for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.  

The refund amount should be for the full value of the items returned, excluding shipping fee. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. All original tags must remain attached.

  3. Item(s) must be in original condition and unused

  4. Return must include original invoice and Returns Form including an R.A Number obtained from customer service.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, will not be accepted for return. UNRULY reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as UNRULY cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! UNRULY does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If unfortunately you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days, at customerservice@unruly-studio.com. UNRULY is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
